Ecopots are the only mass market flower pots and planters with a handmade finish. This unique finish gives the pot a natural, matte look. It’s minimalist design combines form and function and follows the Scandinavian design philosophy. Ecopots are available in six timeless and natural colours.
The original
When we designed Ecopots more than ten years ago, no one had heard about the ‘plastic soup’. No one was thinking about using recycled materials for their flower pots and planters. But we did. We saw the need and potential to use recycled materials for our products and continue to do so today. With the highest amount of recycled materials (up to 80% recycled plastics and 20% recycled natural stone) Ecopots keeps being the market leader in flower pots and planters made from recycled materials.
The durable
Ecopots have a unique blend of recycled plastics and natural stone. This not only makes them highly durable and strong, but also very light. Ecopots are UV proof, break proof and frost resistant which makes them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Ecopots have a lifespan of over 10 years and are completely recyclable.
Colours
Ecopots, like this Amsterdam Mini serie, are available in six different and timeless colours (availability may differ per country): grey, white grey, blue grey, dark grey, taupe and terracotta. Every pot has a unique, characteristic and handmade finish that makes even a plastic flowerpot look natural. Hover to discover!

We want our pots to be two things: durable in the way they are being designed and used, and durable in the materials we use. For this we follow the Scandinavian design philosophy, ignore trends and flashy colours and use strong and recycled materials for the production of our pots.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I always have to use a saucer under an Ecopots flower pot or planter?
A: When you have an ECOPOTS with a rubber plug in the bottom and you’re planning on using your flower pot for indoor use, we advise using a saucer with your flower pot. Although our pots are close to 100% leakproof, we can’t guarantee that absolutely no water will sip through and potentially mess up your lovely carpet or authentic wooden floor. So, for indoor use it’s best to use a saucer.
